The project consists of 7 detached and semi-detached villas, on two different adjacent areas of land 4219m2 and 5250 m2. They have been designed carefully to ensure the best possible privacy. The houses all come with modern facilities and we endeavor to use local materials where possible. Each property has an individual private ground with access to the public road. Situated nearby is Kastraki beach and small village with mini-markets, restaurants and tavernas Mikri Vigla beach lies 2 km away, where there are shops and wind-surfing facilities. Due to its exquisite location, this project offers an opportunity to own an exclusive Greek property, ideal as a permanent or holiday home.

Naxos Island is the largest and most fertile island in the Cyclades. It is located centrally within the Cyclades group of islands and has only recently been developed as a tourist resort
By Plane:
Naxos is easily accessible from Athens international airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) There are 1-2 flights a day from Athens to Naxos. The flight takes about 25 minutes. There are also international airports in Mykonos, Paros, Santorini and Crete. These islands have regular boat-connections with Naxos.
By Boat/Ferry:
During summer season 8-10 ferries daily connect Naxos with the mainland. Ports on the mainland are: Pireaus (Athens), Rafina and Lavrio. Since Naxos is the central island of the Cyclades, there are good connections with the surrounding islands: daily to Mykonos, Santorini and Paros.
More than 64 villages are nestled in the island’s mountains. They are renowned for their excellent cool climate and their unsurpassed local cuisine. Its landscape and scenery will surprise you, and so will its resemblance to the island of Crete.
